Florida, described in~the foregoing Warranty Deed; understands th each and every
provision of the foregoing doctm?ents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
Condominitnn and is essential to the successful operation and management of said
Condominium property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors and assigns forever to
abide by each and every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease Agreement; and further agrees to pay the Mortgage,
if any, described in the foregoing Deed; Grantee (s) further consent (s) that the tm-
divided share and certain interest in the Condominium property and in the common ele-
ments appurtenant to the Condominitnn trait herein conveyed, and the proportional share
of the common expenses for which the Grantee (s) shall be liable, shall be 4.25
