That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the
said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, located and situated in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:
Condominium Parcel No. 3618 of BEACHTREF. I CLUSTER as per
tt~e Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 296, pages 1438 through 1510, as Amended by Cert-
ificate of Amendment recorded in Official Record Book 300, Page
212 through 221, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
• THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of tl~e
Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following: ~ -
1. Taxes for. the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and other
matters of record.

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the Heirs,

The Grantor does hereby fully warrant tt~e title to all the premises hereby conveyed

claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
