This cause came on for trial this 1st da of July, 1970, and the Court,
having given full consideration of the evidence finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the Plaintiff and the Defendant; .
the equities are with the Plaintiff and against the Defendant and the Plaintiff is
entitled to a divorce. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DNCRCE: The marriage between the Plaintiff RED N. HIG E
and the Defendant LEE HIGBEE, tE and the same Ls hereby dissolved, and_the
said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri
i mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

2. CUS'TCDY: Custody of the minor children of the parties hereto is
