KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the Jnited States to it in hand paid by
southeastern Home Mortgage Company A Corporation existing ;
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before `
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date April 23, 1979 made by Freeman Davis
and .recorded in Official Records Book .3 ~ 7 Page / 3~7
or under Clerk's file number ~1 public Records of St. Lucie County, F1
rids, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. Lucie County, State of Florida to wit:

Lot 4, Block "B", HARMONY HEIGHTS, No. 5, according to the plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Book 10, Page 34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with th ote or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor i any event and for
any cause whatsoever.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the se nd part, its suc-
cessors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its President and its corporate seal
to be affixed, attested by its Secretary this 23rd day of April 1979
