of the City of Fort Pierce shall be and the same are hereby zoned for
R-2 land uses in accordance with the zoning ordinances of the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida.
SECTION V. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION VI. This Ordinances shall be and become effective at
the expiration of thirty days after final passage.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Mayor Commissioner and City Clerk of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby_certify that the foregoing
and above Ordinance No. H-60 was duly advertised by title only in
the Fort Pierce News Tribune on the 19th day of February, 1979; was
duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by title-only by
the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, on the
20th day of February, 1979; copy of said Ordinance was made avail-
able at the office of the City Clerk to the public upon request
during the time between the first and second readings of the Ordi-
nance; and was duly read and passed on second and final reading by
title only on the Sth day of March, 1979, by the City Commission
of the City of Fort Pierce,- Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affix
the Official Seal of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, this the
5th day of March, 1979.
