consecutive weeks in The News Tribune is Fort Pierce, Florida, on March 9, 1979,
March 16, 1979, March 23, 1979, and :larch 30, 1979; pursuant to Section 171.16, Florida
Statutes. Thirty days have expires since the passage of Ordinance No. H-60 and no
registered voter or owner of real estate in the tract so proposed to be annexed has
objected to such annexation, and the annexation of the tract hereinbefor ed
became effective on April 17,•1979, thirty days after three copies of dinance No.
H-60 were posted on the said property.
