SECIZON I. The Territorial Limd.ts of the City of Fart Florida,
be and they are hereby extended to annex to the said City the following
described lands, to-wit:
Co~omoencing at the NW oor. of Lot 4, Block "C' of Cortez Estates iltit
No. 1, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, at page 18, of the
public records of St. Lucie Co~mty, Florida; thence nsi Northerly along
an extension of the Westerly lot line of said Lot 4, 110 feet to a
point; thence not Easterly along a line parallel to rear lot line
of said Lot 4, 80 feet to a point; thence nn Southerly along an
extension of the Easterly lot Line of said Lot 4, 110 feet to the NE
corner of said Lot 4; thence nn Westerly along the rear lot line
of said Lot 4, 80 feet to the point of begiuming.

SF;CI'ION II . That the Tax Appraiser of St . Lucie Crnatty and the Tax
Collector of St. Lucie County are directed to place upon and add to the assess-
meet roll and to collect the taxes on the lands described in Section I hereof
for the year 1980 and subsequent years; and to eater the same at such valuation
that it will bear an equal and just proportion of taxes for the year 1980 and

subsequent years thereto.
~ SECTION III. That the City Clerk shall caUSe this Ordir~tce to be

described and armexed to the territorial liadts of the City of Fort Pierce shall

ordinances of the City of Fart Pierce, Florida.
SEGfiION V. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
