This is fogfurther certify that Ordinance No. H-61 was published once a week for four
consecutive mks in The News Tribune in Fort Pierce, Florida, on March 9, 1979, March
16,-1979, 1~larch 23, 1979, and March 30, 1979; pursuant to Section 171.16, Florida
Statutes. Thirty days have expired since the passage of Ordinance No. H-61 and no
registered voter or owner of real estate in the tract so proposed to be annexed have
objected to such annexation, and the annexation of the tract hereinbefore described j
became effective on l~pril 17, 1979, thirty days after three copies of Ordinance No.
H-61 were posted on the said property.
