SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that TA8 NEN YORK HANK FOR SAVINGS,
formerly The New York Savings Bank, a lterr York banking corporation,
having its principal office and place of business at 1230 Avenue of
Americas New York, New York 10020 the owner and holder of a
certain mortgage deed executed by Howard E. Lohr & Frances H. Lohr, his
to Midwest Mortgage Co. Off. Rec. wife
recorded Jan. 27, 1962 in ~~~O~Book 28 at Page 445
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of St. Lucie , State of
Florida, securing the principal sum of ~ 6,700.00 and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the.
property situate in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said mortgage note and nwrtgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk •
of said County to cancel the same of record, as to all property
described in and as to all sums secured by said mortgage.
Tha name of The New York Savings Bank vas changed to The
New York Hank for Savings on August 16, 1963 simultaneously with
the merger of The Hank for Savings in-the City of New York into
The New York Savings Bank.

has caused these presents to be signed in its name by its
