This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that certain mortgage dated March 21, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 306, Page 557, of the Public Records of St. Lucie - County, Florida, wherein due to a scrivener's error the Mortgagee was incorrectly stated. The Mortgagee is HERMAN M. LEVISON and TILLIE W. LEVISON,.his wife and not HERMAN M. LEVISON and TILLIE W. LEVINSON, his wife. Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and canceled. Intangible-tax has been paid. Together with all and singular the tenements, hercditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and also all building, structures, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operatan of •passenger or other elevators, including passenger and other elevators, venetian l blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of Fixtures, r machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto, which may hereafter be placed upon the above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, ap- pliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be tree from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this dced shall be a fast lien thereon. _ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD ad and singular the said property hereby conveyed, mortgaged, pledged or assigned by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple. And the mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as may be herein described; that the ~ Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the tec simple title to said Isnd in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and wJl defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
