2. Henry G. Coyle is an incompetent, whose date '
of birth was June 13, 1892, who is 86 years of age, and whose
social security number is 086-12-3805. The residence of
the incompetent is 308-8 North 11th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is
that he has suffered a cerebral thrombosis, is totally blind,
and bed-ridden, as adjudged by the Circuit Court in Fort-
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on April 20, 1979.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person
