PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
the sole beneficiary and the nominated personal representative.
Their names and addresses are as set forth in paragraph three and
the name and address of their attorney are as set forth at the
end- of this petition.
2. Decedent, ANNIE MAE KOHN, whose last known address was
1011 South 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, died on
September 16, 1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the sole beneficiary of the above-
named estate is the decedent's niece, THELMA P. HUBER, 256 6th
Street NW, Largo, Florida 33540 (over 18).
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because dece- '
dent died owning assets in this County.

5. The assets in this estate and their estimated values are:
Savings Account - $930.00; Miscellaneous Personal Property -
$5,661.00.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this State, plus the value of property exempt from claims of
creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of decedent, including
exempt property, be distributed to the sole beneficiary of the
