PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION ~
The peti 'over, FARRIS BROWN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a
beneficiary an the nominated personal representative. Peti- .
tioner's nam and address are FARRIS BROWN, 1628 SW 3rd Street,
Apartment 5, iami, FL, and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, LILLIE MAE HINE,- whose last known address
was Route 1, Box 152, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and whose
age was 74 years, died on March 23, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, the addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:

estate is entitled to preference in appointment as personal repre-
sentative because she is the nominated personal representative.
