6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are: Real Property - $12,000.00= Automobile - $100.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils ~
of decedent other than is set forth in paragraph eight.
8-. The original of the decedent's last will, dated November
28, 1978, accompanies this petition.

9. Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that FARRIS BROWN be appointed personal representative
of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
