In the event my sister shall predecease me, I give,
bequeath and devise all of estate to AUDRIE BELL HALE, Post
Office Box 1, Ruskin, Florida 571.
V.
-I direct that my sister, FARR S BROWN, be named personal
representative of mY estate to serve wi hout bond; and I hereby
give and grant unto my personal representat' a full right and
power to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage,
pledge and lease all or any portion of my prope ty, whether real,
personal or mixed, tangible or intangible, wt~ever situated, of
which I may die seized or possessed; and I further give and grant

unto my personal representative the right to otherwise dispose of
the assets of my estate at public or private sale and upon such

terms or conditions as she may see fit, and the further right to
make, execute and deliver any and all contracts, options, deeds
or other instruments carrying out the authority herein given which-
she may deem necessary or proper for the convenient or advantageous
management and settlement of my estate; and she may make distribu-
- tion in cash or in kind, without regard for any law or statute
limiting the powers or the personal representative.

It In the event FARRIS BROWN, should predecease me or for any

f{ reason fail to qualify as personal representative, or having quali-
fied is unable to continue-as such personal representative, then an ~

in either of such events, I hereby appoint AUDRIE BELL HALE, as
personal representative of my estate, to serve without bond, and
with the same powers bestowed above.
