THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 14th day of March,
1979, upon the Petition of the Personal Representative for Confirma-
tion and Approval of Sale of Personal Property, and the Court having
heard the testimony and received written documents into evidence,
and having heard the argument of Counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

1. The Petition of the Personal Representative, FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, for Confirmation and Approval of Sale
Of Personal Property, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and it, be,
I and is hereby ordered that the sale of the Diamond Ring to MARY E.
CARLTON for the sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00)
is confirmed and approved and it, be, and is hereby ordered that the
sale of the Coin Collection to MARY E. CARLTON for the sum of Eight
Hundred Dollars ($800.00) be confirmed and approved and. it, be, and
is hereby ordered that the sale of the Stevens Model 820B 12 Gauge
Shotgun and Winchester Model 07.351 Caliber Automatic Rifle-, Serial
Number 17272 to W.L. CARLTON for the-sum of Two Hundred Seventy-Eight
Dollars ($278.00) be confirmed and approved, and it, be, and is
hereby further ordered that the sale of the Saddle to W.L. CARLTON
in the amount of Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00) be.confirmed and approved.
