5. WALTER LAGERHAUSEN, JR. and SHIRLEY COREY, whose
addresses are 1208 Peterson Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068
and Longs Peak Rt., 2249 Pine Me~dow Drive, Estes Park,
CO 80517 respectively, and who are qualified under the ~
laws of Florida to serve as personal representatives
of the decedent's estate are entitled to preference in
appointment as personal 3~e resentatives because of their

appointment as such as designated in the Will of WALTER
LAGERHAUSEN, deceased. .
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are cash and securities valued over $100,000.00
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will
or Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in para-
graph 8. ~
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated
March 11, 1975, accompanies this petition.
Petitioners request that the decedent's-Will be
admitted to probate and that they be appointed personal
representatives of the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, we declare that we have
read the foregoing and the facts allged are true, to the
best of our knowledge and belief.
