LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
~ I, WALTER LAGERHAUSEN, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make
publish and declare this to be my Last {n'ill-and Testament, hereby
revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time hereto
fore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my. body be buried in a manne
suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND
It is my will and I direct th all my just debts and funera
expenses be promptly paid out of• the principal of my estate.
THIRD
I give and bequeath unto my wife, FLORENCE LAGERHAUSEN, an

amount equal to the amount she is entitled to by the Statutes of
~ the State of Florida in existence at the time of my demise.
FOURTH

{ I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real
and ersonal a
~ p nd/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos-
sessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any
interest whatsoever, unto my children, WALTER L.AGERHAUSEN, JR.,
and SHIRLEY COREY, share and share alike, per stirpes.

I hereby nominate and appoint my son, WALTER LAGEP.i-iAt;SEIv, JR.
