Last Will and Testament, to serve without-bond, and I do further
waive any and all notices, filing cf inventory, appraisal or
appointment of appraisers, as required by Order~of Court or law,

giving and granting said Co-Executors the right to sell, with or
without the Order of any Court at public or private sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
