LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ROG
of CLERK

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, MYRON M.
VARN, of Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County, Florida, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
I.
I direct that all my dust debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my death as may be found convenient.
II.
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, JEAN F. VARN,
should she survive me, an amount which when added to the value
of all other property passing to my said wife under this Will,
or which is otherwise deemed to have passed from me to her for
the purpose of Federal estate tax marital deductions, shall
aggregate a sum equivalent to One-half (1/2) of my adjusted
gross estate (as the term "ad,~usted gross estate" is defined in

the Internal Revenue Code), thereby giving effect to the maximum
marital deduction permitted thereunder. My Executor is authorized
i
and empowered to pay this amount wholly or partly 1n kind by
distributing specific property at the values fixed for such
property in the final Federal estate tax determination of my
gross estate.
III.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, of `
whatsoever kind and description, wheresoever situate and whether ~
~ now owned or hereafter acquired by me, including any property
over which I have a power of appointment by Will, I give, devise
