attained the age of TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS
a/ t the time of dis-
tribution mentioned above, the share of said Trust to which
the said issue are entitled shall continue in Trust until hs _
or she shall attain the age of TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS. It is
my intention that as each of said issue attains the age of
TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS, his or her share of the Trust shall
be distributed outright and the shares of any other issue not
having attained the age of TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS, if any, shall
remain in Trust.
IV. .
I have made my administrators, Executors and Assigns,
that is to say, my Estate, beneficiary under the following life
insurance policies procured by me on my life, and it is~my desire,
and I hereby direct that so much of the proceeds of such policies
as may be required shall be used by my Co-Executors to pay my
,just debts and obligations, including funeral expenses, adminis-
tratio~sts and all taxes levied by the Federal and State Govern-
ment~/ against me or my Estate:
