In the eve~3~.the proceeds of the above-described
Life Insurance Policies are not sufficient to pay my debts
and obligations, including funeral and administration expenses,
and State and Federal taxes levied against me and/or my Estate,
it is my wish, and I hereby direct, that any additional sums
needed shall be paid out of the rest, residue and remainder of
my Estate.
In the event the proceeds from the above-described
Life Insurance Policies are in excess of the amount required
to pay my debts and obligations, including funeral and adminis-
tration expenses and State and Federal taxes levied against
me and/or my Estate, it is my wish, and I hereby direct, that e
such excess shall become and pass as a part of my residuary
Estate.

I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wife, JEAN
F. VARN, and. ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or

its successor, as Co-Executors of this, my Last Will and
Testament,- to serve without Bond.-

~ Nay corporate Co-Executor shall receive a full Exe-

~ cutor~s fee as compensation for- its services as such Co-
Executor.

E I name, nominate and appoint my daughter STEPHANIE

V. KITE as Quardian of the person, during their minority, of

any of my children who shall survive me and my wife, JEAN F.
VARN who shall not have attained the age of TWENTY-ONE (21)
years.
