BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its Successor, as Trustee under
this, my Lest Will and Testament. My said Trustee shall receive
as compensation for its services the fees as set forth. in the
published fee schedule of the St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its Successor, at the time such compensation be-
comes payable.
VIII.
I hereby grant complete authority and full power to my
Co-Executors and Trustee as follows:
(a) - To hold, manage, lease, care for and protect the
Trust Estate and collect the income therefrom, all in accordance
with its best judgment and discretion.
(b) - To grant, bargain, sell, contract~to sell, lease
and convey at public or private sale, any and all property of
which I am possessed, real, personal or mixed, on such terms
.and conditions-as shall, in their judgment, be for the best
interest of my Estate, and without obtaining the order of any

j Court so to do, and they are hereby further authorized and em-
powered to execute and deliver any and all contracts, con-
veyances and other instruments as may be necessary or convenient
to carry out and effectuate the powers given herein.
(c) - To invest or reinvest all or any part of the s
Trust property in such manner as it shall think proper and
~ whether or not in such investments as are ordinarily considered

by the laws of the State of Florida.
s (d) - No Purchaser, at any sale made by them, shall be
