closing said Trust.
(h) - It shall keep accurate books of account which
at all reasonable times shall be open to the inspection of any
beneficiary entitled to receive income or principal hereunder,
and shall render annual reports to each of said beneficiaries
showing all receipts and disbursements made on behalf of the
Trust fund.
(i) - They are to do all other acts necessary or which,
in their judgment, may be appropriate for the proper and advan-
tageous management, investment and distribution of my estate
and of my Trust fund.
- They are authorized to continue to hold any
stock or other securities in FRUIT CONTRACTORS INC., and any
other family corporation in which I may own an interest in the
future, or any successors thereto, and I expressly exoner e
my said Co-Executors and Trustee from any responsi i y for

any losses resulting from such retention, except only for

wilful bad faith.
IX.
E I direct that all estate, inheritance and succession

taxes, of every description, imposed by law upon the disposi-
tion of any of my property, real or personal by this Will, or
by a Codicil thereto, or any insurance or other property, .real
or personal, required by law to be included in my gross estate
for the purposes of taxation, be paid by my Co-Executors out
of the residue of my Estate,_after using the insurance proceeds.
