R.D. MC LAIJGHLIN being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
hae been assigned ali the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPOR
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment oeing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2Ufi5 in the.offioe of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numaers In Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 210, Pa- ga .358 on
Page 1461 Pubiic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Lot 26
Book 300, on Lot 27
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 159, Unit 12
in the name of: Carl B. Christensen and Mary J.
and now held in the name of: EDWARD G. & LOANNE SCHRADER f~
