of the County of Martin ,State of Florida hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every in-
stance shall include the Mortgagors heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and
assigns, including all subsequent grantees, eithec
voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of Law and shall denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or
feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the context so requires or adnuts, as parties of the first part, and
COMMUNITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a rnrporation existing under the laws of the
United States of America, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors,
legal representatives, and assigns, as party of the sernnd part. -
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration. of the aggregate sum of money named
in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm unto the I?fortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed,
and in actual possession, situate in the County of St. Lucie .State of 1:7orida, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 554, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION THIRTEEN(13), a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 4, 4A through 4M, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
