SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS: That
Securities Investment Corporation of Florida d/b/a Liberty Loan Corporation
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by
Charles J. Lewis and Ora Lee Lewis, his wife
t0 Securities Investment Corporation of Florida d/b/a Liberty Loan Corporation
bearing date the 2nd day of December A.D. 19 77 recorded in Official
Records book 28 page 254 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
st. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing a. certain note in the
principal Sum Of Seventeen hundred fourteen dollars and 68/100
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon
the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to wit:
Lot S, Bloc of Alamanda Vista Subdivision,
as per plat hereof on file in Plat Book S, at
Page 49, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
Pursuant to Order of St. Lucie County Judge's Court
in Probate Case ~o. 71-152, Dated March 8, 1972,
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said
Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name,.but its attorney-in-fact
thereunto duly authorized, the 19th day of
April A.D. 19 79 .
