Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
JAMES M. COPPO , JR., IDA COPPOLA AND GEORGE COPPOLA who, being
by me first my sworn, say that:
They are the surviving partners of The Coppola Com-
pany, a pa tnership still existing, and being that partnership
reference by the Agreement recorded in the public records of St. ~
Lucie Coun y, Florida, in O.R. Book 225, pages 1641-1645.
That the Agreement is in full force and effect and
that ther are no additional parties to the Agreement, save for the
su titution of the Estate of James M. Coppola, Sr., who is deceased.
3. The land owned by the partnership in St. Lucie County
and deeded to them from John L. Lester and Robert R. Cox, being
the same land re-deeded from them to John L. Lester and Robert R.
Cox, is raw land and is not the homestead of any of the undersigned.
Further affiants say not.
