Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and hereby agree to be
bound by the covenants and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered.Ythrough 17 and Non-Uniform
Covenants numbered 18. 19.20 and 22 of the muter form of mortgage recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit
court of the county in which the Property is located and in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date, in the

Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property. Borrower.
Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hercinto shall
be construed to mean the Property. Borrower. Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy
of the rnmplete test of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NONUNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower. Lender. at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stated that said notes art secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. ezceod the original amount of the Note plus US S 5.600.00
