SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, GEORGE F.

MILLER and MARIAN N. MILLER, his wife, the owners and holders of
a certain mortgage deed executed by FRANK A. WACHA, JR. and ~
JANICE B. WACHA, his wife, to GEORGE F. MILLER and MARIAN N.
MILLER, his wife, bearing date the 20th day of March, A.D., 1978,
recorded in Official Records Book 283 page 2466, in the office o
the. Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,

securing a certain note in the principal sum of thirteen thousand ±
dollars (13,000.00), and certain promises and obligations set ~
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said
State and County described as follows, to wit:
In Sections 4 and 9, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East:
Beginning at a concrete monument set at the
intersection of the East right of way of the ~
Florida East Coast Railroad and the South line
of SHAINFIELD property as described in Deed Book
107, page 551, thence run Southeasterly along
. Railroad right-of-way 150 feet, thence North-
easterly parallel to said SHAINFIELD property. }
line 773 feet to Indian River, thence Northwesterly
on River 150 feet", then Southeasterly along said i
SHAINFIELD property line 765.6 feet to the Point
of Beginning; LESS right-of-way for public roads,
