This cause coming on before the Court on Motion of plaintiff submitting
Affidavit of costs and it appearing from the record that the proceeds of sale
consisted of $300.00 above the mortgage assumed and costs and attorney's fees
exceed the net cash on hand in the Court's Registry of $297.00 therefore thereupon
IT IS HHRBBY ORDERED:

1. That the Clerk's costs be paid from first money.

2. That to extent allowable the remaining sums up to but not exceeding
$758.50 for costs and attorney's fees be paid to plaintiff's attorney toward fees
and costs.
3. That the Sale to plaintiff is highest bidder and title to the property
partitioned be confirmed in the purchaser, SYLVIA S. STAMM.
