the Plaintiff against you seeking to partition and sale the
real property with the personal property located there on the
following described property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Begin at the SW corner of Lot 7, Block 19, as
shown on the Plat of MARAVILLA TERRACE, as recorded
in Plat Book 5, Page 50, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; run North 100 feet to a
point on the West side of Lot 1, Block 19,
MARAVILLA TERRACE; thence turn and run East 125
feet to a point; thence turn and run South 100
feet to a point on the South line of Lot 7,
Block 19, MARAVILLA TERRACE; thence turn and run
t West 125 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said
f land lying and being in the South of the SE4 of
the NE4 of the NW4 of Section 21, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
