PARTIAL SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT This cause, having come on to be heard before me on March 21, 1978, for summary judgment, and this Court having reviewed all matters in its file, and having heard the argument of counsel for the Plaintiff and the Defendants, it is, upon consideration, ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, shill take nothing from the Defendants, JOSEPH PIAZZA and LUCY PIAZZA, his wife, and they shall go hence without day.
