COME NOW the parties hereto, by and through their

undersigned attorneys, and hereby stipulate to a continuance
of the trial which had been scheduled to be held in this
cause on April 30, 1979. In explanation of this stipulation
for continuance, the parties hereby advise this Court that
this case is not yet ready for trial, and that considerable
discovery needs to be completed before the case will be
ready for trial.
