I,E~, his wife, Defendants { ORDER SETTING ASIDE THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Motion of OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN for rehearing of the Order of Contempt entered against him and the Court having taken testimony and heard argument and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises,-it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Rehearing shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Contempt entered in this matter on the 21st day of March, 1979, shall be and it is hereby set aside and vacated; it is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall and he is hereby ordered to refund and Return the sum of $75.00 paid to him as a fine in this matter to OSBORNE WALKER O'QUINN. t DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, I thi ay of April, 1979.
