1. That Affiant is the natural born child of BRUCE BARYON and RUTH

2. That BRUCE BARYON and RUTH L. BARYON acquired the following
described real property as tenants by the entirety by a Warranty Deed ~

according to the Plat"thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page 55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
3. That BRUCE BARYON and RUTH L. BARYON were married to each other
prior to the date of acquisition of the above described property as set forth
in Paragraph 2 hereof, and remained continously and uninterruptedly married
until the date of their deaths as set forth in Pargraph 1 hereof.
4. This Affidavit is made upon personal knowledge of the Affiant.
