or setoffs against said tartgage or said note or the Association,
d further agrees that any claims which Suyer slay now have or hereafter
have, or assert, against Amer, shall in no way excuse payment of, or
performance of, the terms and conditions of said note and mortgage.
d. Buyer executes this Agreement with full understanding that
the Assoc~tion will, in seliance thereon, release Maker and-Owner
from the obligations of said note and mortgage upon perfosmance of the
conditions of this Agreement as herein stated.
S. Suyer understands and agrees that should the Association
release Maker and Owner from their obligations under said note and
mortgage, any such release shall in no way affect, impair or diminish
Buyer'a obligations. and liabilities under said note and mortgage,
nor under this Agreement, nor is any way affect, impair or diminish the
lien of said nx~rtgage upon the property encumbered thereby.
6. The terms !Maker, Owner and Buyer shall include the singular
as well as the plural where the context so requires or admits. y U)t :x
