13. Buyer understands and agrees that upon the execution of

of the Association's attorneys. good title in Suyer and no liens or

their obligations under said note and mortgage, as aforesaid.
14. Suyer hereby applies for membership. in the Association and
acknowledges receipt of a copy of Association's charter and by-laws.
