P~lELLO, his wife, hereinafter called "Grantors",and JENNINGS E. LEPPERT and CHARLENE C. Any portion of the subject premises being artificially filled land in what was formerly navigable waters, is~subject to the terms, conditions, and reservations contained in the Submerged Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1301 et. seq.). 4. The rights and easements for commerce, navigation, recreation, and :fisheries. 5.
