Notice is hereby given that Mary Ellen Johnson, Third
Party Defendant, by and through her undersigned attorneys, appeals
to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of Florida, the
orders of this court dated March 28, 1979, and April 12, 1979. The
appealed orders are orders dismissing the counter-claim of the
