GRANT OF EASEMENT ~

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE '
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this
day of April, 1979, by and between ROBERT T. RYAN, Individually
and as Trustee, Grantor, and FRANK E. YANAROS, JR., and MARIE C.
YANAROS, his wife; JOHN 0. YANAROS and ANNA L. YANAROS, his wife;
and NICHOLAS E. YANAROS and CAROL YANAROS, his wife, Grantees,
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession
of lands lying in Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantees are seized in fee simple of a parcel of
land near the land of Grantor, which is located East of the F.E.C.
Railroad, North.of Milton Road, West of Susan Drive, and South of
River Woods Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed, by virtue of that certain
Agreement recorded in 0. R. Book 264, page 563 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and other good and valuable
consideration to grant to the Grantees, and all persons claiming
by, through or under Grantees, their predecessors in title or
their heirs, assigns or legal representatives by virtue of any

deeds of conveyance describing land located in Section 21, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, provided
i
[ that not more than six (6) single-family homesites are constructed
~ on the above-referenced parcel, an easement or right-of-way over
the land described, for the purposes and in the manner expressed
~ ;

That in pursuance of this agreement and the agreement
recorded in O. R. Book 264, page 563, public records of St. Lucie
q County, Florida, Grantor grants unto Grantees, their heirs and
assigns, and to all other likely situated as above described, and
their heirs and assigns, subject to limitation of single-family
` residence only,
