HomeMy WebLinkAbout1796 • at all times hereafter, for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the land of the Grantees and those likely situated for whatever purpose the land from time to time lawfully may be used or enjoyed, to pass and repass along the provided path or paths more particularly described as follows: Beginning at intersection of Maureen Court cul-de-sac with the SW corner of Lot 14, Block "A", River Woods Subdivision which is a point 51.63 feet from the North boundary line of Lot 14, Block "A", er Woods Subdivision; thence Easterly 20 feet, thenc Northerly 41.63 feet; thence Easterly to the mean high tide of the Indian River; thence Northerly 30 feet; thence Westerly to a point 20 feet West of the West boundary line of Lot 14, thence Southerly to a point 20 feet North of Lot 14, Block "A", River-Woods Subdivision where Lot 15, Block "A", River Woods Sub- . divis3.on, intersects with Maureen Court. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement ar right-of-way hereby granted unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns and those likely situated as described above, and their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantees and those likely situated and every part of it. It is understood and agreed that the easement is given upon the express understanding and condition that it may be used by Grantees only for themselves and for single-family dwellings not i j to exceed six (6) in number on the above-described premises, and in the event that the above-described premises is used for other than the single-family dwellings or the Grantees fail to perform i all the covenants and conditions. of that certain Contract recorded ~ in 0.
