HomeMy WebLinkAbout1799 ~ • provided path or paths more particularly described as follows: Beginning at intersection of Maureen Court cul-de-sac with the SW corner of Lot 14, Block "A", River Woods Subdivision which is a point 51.63 feet from the North boundary line of Lot 14, Block "A'.', River Woods Subdivision; thence Easterly 20 feet, thence Northerly 41.63 feet; thence Easterly•to the mean high tide of the Indian River; thence Northerly 30 feet; thence Westerly to a point 20 feet West of the West boundary line of Lot 14, thence Southerly to a point 20 feet North of Lot 14, Block "A", River Woods Subdivision where Lot 15, Block "A", River Woods Sub- division, intersects with Maureen Court. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right-of-way hereby granted unto Grantee, its heirs and assigns and those likely situated as described above, and its heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantee and those likely situated and every part of it. It is understood that the easement is given upon the express understanding and condition that it may be used by Grantor, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns~in con- junction with the use of Grantee, its heirs and assigns and other likely situated and their heirs and assigns..
