5. The value of the gross estate at death for federal
estate tax purposes is less than $60,000.00, consisting of

Checking account, Port St.. Lucie Bank, Port j
St. Lucie, Florida, Account #13=368-9, in {
the amount of $484.33;
all titled in the name of Edgar P. York, as
Guardian of Edna M. York.
6. The estate is not indebted except for:
NONE
7. It is proposed that all probate assets of the de-
cedent, including exempt property, be distributed or disposed
of as follows : -
BENEFICIARY AND ADDRESS ASSET .
ORANGE F. YORK Life estate as per Item II
927-8 Savannas Point Drive of decedent's Last Will as
Fort Pierce, FL 33450 to all assets set forth in
~ Paragraph 5 above.

8. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will
or Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.
9. The original of the decedent's Will, dated October 13,
1958, accompanies this petition.
10. Decedent's Hill does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioners request that the decedent's Last Will be
admitted to probate and an order of family administration be
entered ~irecting distribution of the assets in the estate in
- accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 7 of this
petition.
