I, Edna 1Key York, of the Township of Greenville, County
of Darke, and State of Ohio, bs ing of 11x11 age and of sound and `
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to bs my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking arty and all Wills
by me Heretofore made.
ITEM I.
I direct that all ~ ~uat debts and funeral expenses be
paid out of mY estate as soon as practicable after the time of ~
decease. .t I i-~ .
ITEM- II.
All of th rest, residue. d remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, f ery kind and ascription, I give, devise and
bequeath to my husband, Orange F. York, for and during the period
of his natural life; and, at the death of my said husband, or in the
event that he should not survive me, it is then my Will,..and I hereby
give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of
f mY estate as provided by the next item of this Will.

(a) I give, devise and bequeath to n~? granddaug~iter,
Rogenia York, the daughter of my deceased son, ,
Roger York, the sum of Five Hundred (500.00)
Dollars. '
(b) All of the rest, residue and remainder of my es-
tate, of every kind and description, I give, de-
vise and bequeath to my son, Sdgar P. York, ab-
solutely, and in fee simple.
ITEM ID.
I make, nominate and appoint ~ husband, Orange F. York,
to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, and in the
event that he should not survive me, I then make, nominate and appoint
my son, Edgar P. York, to be the Executor of thin, mY Last Will and
Testament.
