acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said parties of the
second part a certain mortgage bearing date the 3rd day of December A. D. 19 75

St . LuC1e County, Florrda, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situate and
being iR said County and State, to-wit: as more particularly described in the
aforesaid mortgage deed.
The purpose of this assignment is to vest 100x ownership of the
aforesaid mortgage into the party of the second part, in effect
reversing the action of that certain mortgage deed recorded in
O. R. Book 259 at page 2694 of the public record of St. Lucie Co.,
Florida.
