The purpose of this assignment is to vest 100 ownership of the
aforesaid mortgage into the party of the second part, in effect
reversing the action of that certain mortgage deed recorded in _
O.R.Book 280 at page 2739 of the public records of St. Lucie Co.,
Florida.
