The purpose of this assignment is to-vest ownership of the 3 '
undivided one-fifth shares of the aforesaid mortgage deed, owned
individually and collectively~by the parties of the first part
into the party of the second part in effect reversing the action
of that certain assignment of mortgage as recorded in O.R.Book~270
at page 112 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
with regards to the parties herein.
