is subject in every respect to the I)ec•laration of Condominium as to tl?e condominium
in which his tuiit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to~the Declaration of referred to
therein), the 13y-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Itrrles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating brrclget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the 'aforesaid De-
claration and lxhibits and the Articles of Illc01'p01•ation, Ry-laws and Ueclarrrtion
. of Covenants and Restrictions of the,1'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading ar?d examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget,. sales brochure raid floor plan, and ackr?owledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl~e sucessful operation and mru?age-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests acid for tl?e benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl?e aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by eacl? and every provision of said I>eclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. I~rrci?aser 1?ereb}• ratifies and .
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said lxclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that tiie assessment w?cler tl?e
Property Owners' Association-documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclbiowledges ancl~ confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?~niers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Corldomini~an parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tl?e said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of t1~e Property Owners' ~ Association ar?d said Rrrcl?aser assrmres the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as, to hi.s coridominitan parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominitnn and l:xhihits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the scans due w?der the Property 0?.-rrer's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warraurty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or. guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached tl?ereto.
