` RE: Condominium Parcel No. 3522 of BEACHTREE I_CLUSTER as per
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 296, Pages 1438 through 1510, as amended by Cert-
ificate of Amendment, recorded in Official Records Book 300,
Pages 212 to 22, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
That certain Deed of Conveyance recorded in Official Record '
Book 302, page 601 from NUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP,
a Florida Limited Partnership, to NORMA R. ROBERTS, a married
adult, on properly located at Apt. #3522 of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER.
CHERYL S. MILLER, who was the Notary Public in the above-mentioned Deed
hereby states that the date of this Deed was incorrectly shown as
December 20, 19.79. This was a scrivener's error, and the date on this
Deed should be. December 20, 1978, the same date as shown on the Acknowledgments.
